A signature dining experience created to reveal the story, flavours and essence of Patio del Posadero.

The Founders Table is the most exclusive experience in the Posadero Collection: a limited-edition dinner where gastronomy, wine, olive oil and the story behind the project come together around one shared table.

José and Lisa personally welcome their guests and host a gastronomic experience that connects Córdoba and Verona, the Mediterranean thread running through our cuisine and the evolution of Patio del Posadero and A&C Family Collection.

Each edition is unique and individually numbered, inspired by a season, a particular ingredient or a meaningful moment in our story.

Only ten Founders Table dinners are held each year. New dates are released every three months and availability is extremely limited.

The experience includes

• A personal welcome from your hosts.
• A signature dinner with a set tasting menu.
• Full wine pairing.
• A selection of wines from A&C Family Collection.
• A tasting of our own extra virgin olive oils.
• A presentation of the collection and the story behind each product.
• Water and artisan bread.
• A special gift at the end of the experience.
• A numbered keepsake card from the edition.

The menu and wine pairing change with each edition, according to the season, the ingredients available and the story chosen for the evening.

Experience information

Price: €175 per person, all-inclusive.
Time: From 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Season: From September to June.
Next available dates: 14 September, 12 October and 9 November.
Editions: Ten numbered dinners per year.
Capacity: Minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 guests.
Location: Posadero Bistró · Patio del Posadero.
Booking: Advance booking and full prepayment are required.

Bookings are released every three months. When an edition is fully booked, guests may request to join the waiting list.

Gift voucher terms and conditions

The gift voucher is valid for six months from the date of purchase.

Purchasing the gift voucher does not automatically reserve a place at a specific edition. The recipient must contact Patio del Posadero to check the available dates and confirm their place.

The experience is subject to availability and requires a minimum of four participants to take place.

Please inform us of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements when making the reservation. Due to the nature of the tasting menu, any adaptations must be discussed and confirmed in advance by our kitchen team.

The price includes the dinner, full wine pairing and all the elements described as part of the experience.

The gift voucher requires full payment in advance and is non-refundable, unless the experience is cancelled by Patio del Posadero.
