Chef’s Table at Posadero is an exclusive dining experience for a maximum of six guests seated together around one table.

Throughout the evening, the chef presents a tasting menu inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, seasonal ingredients and the story of Patio del Posadero. Each dish is personally served and introduced, creating a direct connection between the kitchen, the ingredients and the guests.

A relaxed, personal and distinctive dinner designed for those who wish to experience gastronomy from the inside.

The wine pairing includes a selection of wines carefully chosen to accompany the different stages of the tasting menu.

Advance booking: Required and subject to availability.
Dates: The fourth Friday of each month, from September to June.
Minimum number of guests: 4 people.

Gift voucher conditions

The gift voucher is valid for six months from the date of purchase.

The recipient must contact Patio del Posadero to choose from the available dates and confirm their reservation.

Purchasing the gift voucher does not automatically reserve a specific date.

The experience is subject to availability and requires the minimum number of participants to go ahead. Should a particular date be cancelled, an alternative date will be offered within the voucher’s validity period.

Please inform us of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements when making the reservation. Due to the nature of the tasting menu, certain adaptations must be discussed and confirmed in advance by our kitchen team.

The wine pairing is not included in the gift voucher price unless it is specifically selected at the time of purchase.
