A brunch that changes with the seasons. A collection of flavours through which to enjoy Córdoba, month after month.

Brunch Collection is our way of celebrating time, seasonal produce and the Mediterranean rhythm of life.

Each month, we present a different edition inspired by an ingredient, a season or a story connected to Córdoba, Verona and the Posadero pantry. We preserve the essence of our most popular brunch while introducing seasonal ingredients, special recipes and products from small local producers.

A leisurely experience designed to be enjoyed in our courtyard, discover new flavours and take home a small keepsake from each edition.

What the experience includes

• Speciality coffee or tea.
• Fresh juice.
• Homemade kefir or a yoghurt, fruit and chia option.
• Artisan bread.
• A selection of extra virgin olive oils from our own collection.
• Cheeses, Iberian cured meats or savoury specialities, depending on the edition.
• A hot dish prepared to order.
• Seasonal fruit, vegetables and produce.
• A homemade sweet treat.
• A specially selected drink, depending on the edition.
• An illustrated keepsake card.

The exact selection may vary slightly according to the season, the monthly edition and market availability.

A Different Collection Every Month

From September 2026 to June 2027, Brunch Collection will follow the changing seasons through ten different editions:

During July and August, the experience becomes our Pool Brunch, combining brunch, our saltwater pool and the atmosphere of our intimate urban oasis.

Experience Information

Price: €45 per person, from September to June.
Serving hours: From 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Location: Posadero Bistró · Patio del Posadero.
Advance booking: Required and subject to availability.
Gift voucher: Available in digital or physical format.
Validity: Six months from the date of purchase.

The edition enjoyed will be the one corresponding to the month in which the reservation takes place. It may therefore be different from the edition available when the gift voucher is purchased.

Gift vouchers for gastronomic experiences are non-refundable.
