• 100 grams of butter
• 200 grams of chocolate to melt
• 60 grams od cofectionary flour
• 3 spoons of milk
• a pinch of salt
• 3 eggs
• 150 grams of sugar

• Melt the chocolate with butter.
• Let it cool slightly.
• Beat the egg whites with half of the sugar and a pinch of salt.
