Sweet Wines

PX 2024 > 9€ Glass > 30€ bottle

Ariza&Cazzola Family Collection

Grape: Pedro Ximenez. Organic.

After the grapes are harvested from mid-August, they are exposed to the sun: the grapes are left in the sun in baskets for a period of time between 7 and 9 days.

Almost three kilos of grapes are needed to obtain a litre of wine. Once pressed, it is alcoholised to 9% vol. and remains in a stainless steel tank for
12 months.

After this time, it is alcoholised to 17% and put into American oak casks for oxidative ageing for 20 years.

Tasting Notes:
Dark mahogany with beautiful movement in the glass. Coffee, dark chocolate, dried fruit, grapes, plums, dried apricots, hints of cinnamon, something balsamic and a citrus sensation, of orange. Sweet entry, which is perfectly balanced with the citric acidity, of great persistence.
