Giving someone a place at the table can also be a way of giving them a story.

For this New Year’s Eve, we wanted to return to ours: to the tables we grew up around, to the flavours that belong to our memories, and to the Mediterranean thread that has long connected Lisa’s Italy with José’s Córdoba.

Da Casa a Casa is our New Year’s Eve dinner. An intimate evening around just a handful of tables, travelling between our two homes through food: from the Russian salad that traditionally opens the meal in José’s family, to small handmade pumpkin ravioli, cod, duck breast and a very Italian ending with artisan panettone and zabaione cream.

The evening begins with our Posadero New Year’s Eve Cocktail, made with red berries, rosemary, artisan gin and sparkling wine.

We have also created a wine pairing bringing Córdoba and Italy together, including selected numbered bottles from our private collection.
