Hilo Mediterráneo is Patio del Posadero’s tasting menu: a culinary experience created to introduce you to our cuisine, our story and our personal approach to hospitality.

Each dish connects the flavours of Andalusia with our family’s Italian roots. Extra virgin olive oil, seasonal vegetables, locally sourced produce, recipes passed down through generations and memories of Córdoba and Verona come together in a contemporary, intimate and deeply personal menu.

The experience begins with a small welcome ritual and continues with a sequence of dishes inspired by the seasons and the finest ingredients available at the market.

This is more than a tasting menu. It is the story of two regions, two cultures and one family, told around the table.

The wine pairing features a carefully selected range of wines chosen to accompany the different stages of the menu, including labels from our own A&C Family Collection.

The menu changes according to the season, ingredient availability and the inspiration of our kitchen team.

Gift voucher: Available in digital or physical format.
Validity: Six months from the date of purchase.

Purchasing a gift voucher does not automatically reserve a specific date. The recipient must contact Patio del Posadero to check availability and confirm the booking.

The wine pairing is not included unless it is specifically selected at the time of purchase.
