Incense floats through the air, silence becomes solemn, and footsteps echo on ancient cobblestones like the heartbeat of the soul. In this deeply intimate and Andalusian setting, at Patio del Posadero, we have created an experience that pays tribute to the essence of Holy Week… through flavour.

Throughout the month of April, we offer our guests an exclusive tasting menu, served only in the evenings, that moves through the senses with the same emotion as a saeta sung in the stillness.

A sensory journey through Holy Week, dish by dish.

We begin with a silky ajoblanco, perfumed with green apple and crowned with crispy cod. A fresh, white whisper that evokes Córdoba’s blooming patios.

Then comes the spiced aroma of adobillo, with potatoes and egg — a dish that recalls old kitchens, silent grandmothers, and long afternoons of waiting. The flavour of humble memories, elevated into an unforgettable bite.

At the heart of the menu, we reimagine the classic Vigilia Potaje: transformed into a smooth, creamy blend where spinach and cod converse with the past through a contemporary lens.

The main dish features a hake loin, crusted with almonds and bathed in a bitter orange sauce. Rooted elegance. The crisp texture melts into the tenderness of the fish, while the orange brings a spark of citrus that calls to mind the scent of orange blossom in Córdoba’s courtyards.

And to finish, the sacred torrija. Brioche soaked in orange blossom honey, paired with cinnamon ice cream — a dessert that awakens the memory of old houses, whispered prayers, and Easter Sunday mornings.

Wine Pairing: A thread of emotion in every glass

Each course is accompanied by a wine thoughtfully chosen by our sommelier, José Pan. From a fine sparkling wine that caresses the palate like incense rising, to a deep, earthy oloroso fit for a velvet throne. A dry fino like a saeta, a soulful fruity white, and a sweet Malagueño that tastes like a full spring moon.

An experience that only happens in April — and now open to everyone, even if you’re not staying with us.

This tasting dinner is served exclusively in the evening and seating is very limited. It is designed for those who seek more than a meal: a memory, a feeling, an emotional journey.
