The Experience
We begin the evening with a glass of sparkling wine, allowing us to relax and open our senses. Throughout the EXPERIENCE, we will explore how sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste influence our perception of wine. From discovering how sound frequencies can alter its flavor to understanding how color and temperature affect our sensations, each exercise invites us to experience wine in a deeper and more introspective way.
