Córdoba stands out its gastronomy, you already know that the posaderos are in love with each of every plates even if we always prefer a good salmorejo. Córdoba Califato Gourmet is an exhibition of the gastronomic richness of the town, an event that reunites the most delicious cordovan plates.
Córdoba Califato Gourmet was born in 2014 as a wonderful way to give diffusion to the cordovan gastronomy and give value to what it offers to us. This year it celebrates its third edition and we are looking forward to discover all the activities that it will offer.
Apart from the activities for the town every year there are chefs of high national reputation who act as jurymen to select the best plate and furthermore they delight us with their presence and their culinary virtues. In this edition there will be:
