El Alma del Olivo is an intimate and informative experience designed for small private groups wishing to discover the world of extra virgin olive oil in a simple, sensory and engaging way.

During the 45-minute session, participants will learn how to recognise a high-quality extra virgin olive oil, identify its main characteristics and understand the meaning of fruitiness, bitterness and pungency.

The experience includes a guided tasting of V Generación, La Joya and a selection of infused olive oils from our own collection.

It is particularly suited to small corporate groups, gatherings with friends, private celebrations and anyone interested in gastronomy, local produce and Mediterranean culture.

El Alma del Olivo does not take place on fixed dates and cannot be booked individually. It is organised exclusively on request for complete groups of between six and eight participants.

Full payment is required once the date, time and final number of participants have been confirmed.

Gift voucher for small groups

The gift voucher is designed for a complete private group of between six and eight people.

Purchasing the gift voucher does not automatically reserve a specific date. The recipient must contact Patio del Posadero to check availability and arrange the experience.

The gift voucher is valid for six months from the date of purchase.

The experience requires a minimum of six participants and is subject to availability.

Gift vouchers for private experiences require full payment in advance and are non-refundable.
