That is why, this season, we are presenting a new programme of experiences in Córdoba, created to enjoy the city from a more intimate, sensory and authentic perspective. These are experiences born from our way of understanding hospitality: as an invitation to pause, savour, create, share and remember.
With only six rooms, six tables and a historic courtyard in the heart of Córdoba, we continue to embrace small-format experiences where gastronomy, wine, flowers, art and conversation come together naturally.

Chef’s Table at Posadero: an intimate dinner for just six guests
There are evenings that feel unlike any other.
Chef’s Table at Posadero was created with exactly that idea in mind: to offer a truly special night, shared by only six guests, where the cooking happens live and the experience is enjoyed from very close by.
Reserved exclusively for in-house guests, this experience invites diners to gather around one single table while José Ariza prepares three of the house’s great classics live. It is not simply a dinner: it is a different way of dining in Córdoba, far more personal, unhurried and intimate.
The atmosphere, the pace, the care given to each ingredient and the conversation around the table turn this experience into one of those small privileges that only happen from time to time.

Brunch & Flowers: May, flowers and a beautiful morning to gift yourself
May is, without doubt, one of the most special months in Córdoba. The city comes into bloom, the patios come alive, and everything invites you to enjoy life more slowly.
Inspired by that energy, we have created Brunch & Flowers, a delicate and light-filled experience that brings together floral creation and brunch in our courtyard. It is designed for those who wish to gift themselves a beautiful morning, enjoy a special plan as a couple, or share something different with friends.
The experience includes a moment of connection with flowers, creativity and beauty, followed by our Posadero Brunch in a serene and carefully curated setting.
It is a lovely way to celebrate Córdoba in May from a different perspective: one of calm, craftsmanship and the pleasure of simple things.

Art & Wine: a creative and sensory experience in Córdoba
At Patio del Posadero, we also love creating experiences where wine can be enjoyed in a different way. Freer. More creative. More emotional.
This is how Art & Wine was born: an experience in which the courtyard becomes a space for inspiration, expression and shared enjoyment. A different kind of event within Córdoba’s experience scene, ideal for those looking for charming plans with wine and a truly special atmosphere.
Held in English, the activity brings together creativity and wine tasting in a relaxed setting, designed both for international travellers and for anyone who enjoys art and beautifully curated moments.

AC Family Collection wine tasting: a story between Córdoba and Verona
One of the most personal experiences within this new programme is our AC Family Collection wine tasting, a journey through the house’s own wine collection, born from the family project created by Lisa Cazzola and José Ariza between Córdoba and Verona.
This is not just a wine tasting. It is an opportunity to discover the story behind each bottle, the connection between Andalusia and Italy, the careful selection of wineries, the family narrative, and the way wine can express identity.
It is an experience designed for those who wish to explore the world of Patio del Posadero more deeply through one of its most meaningful threads: the wines that form part of our collection and our way of welcoming guests.

With this new programme, Patio del Posadero Hotel Boutique and Posadero Bistró further strengthen a very clear position: that of a place where guests come not only to stay or to dine, but also to enjoy soulful experiences.
