Elaboration of Apple sbriciolata

First of all let’s chop the apples and put them with lemon juice, cinnamon and sugar for about 10 minutes.
Then we will proceed to make the dough with flour, egg, butter, sugar and yeast. It will come out with a consistency in “balls”, and this is how it will be perfect.
As a third step we will select 3/4 of the dough and with this we will do a pie pan, flattening the dough to make it uniform.
Then we pour the apple filling and finally the rest of “pills” of the mass above.
Finally, we will cook in the oven our sbriciolata apple for 45 minutes at 160 degrees.

The final touch, when it cools down, will be sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy who you love with.
