200 grams of flour
80 grams of sugar
1 egg
1 spoon of yeast
150 grams of white chocolate
80 grams of butter
250 millilitres of milk
½ sheath of vanilla or 5 millilitres of essence
8 teaspoon of jam 10 or 12 nuts
10 small individual molds or 6 of a larger size
The jam is optional and according to the taste of each one. What we do recommend is that it is homemade to be possible, it will give you a much more good and nutritious point.
Nuts are also optional, you can use the dry fruit if you want, but we love this fruit and it is now the right season.

How do you cook this recipe?
It is a very simple recipe, just follow these steps and you will see what a wonderful result you will have(-:
1. The first step is to chop the white chocolate into very small pieces.
2. Chop the nuts into pieces too.
3. Then in a bowl we will mix the butter with the sugar and then add the egg.
4. In the mixture already made, gradually incorporate the flour, yeast and milk, step by step until you get a uniform mass.
5. Finally, add the little pieces of white chocolate that you had already broken, so that they are well distributed throughout the mass.
6. We will use individual molds, in this case we prefer those that are muffin size. On the molds we pour dough, until half, a teaspoon of jam and above chopped walnut. On top of the nut pour a little bit of dough but never overlap 3/4 parts because it will rise.
7. Finally, place them in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
