SILENT WINE is a one-of-a-kind experience, created exclusively by Lisa & José, the hearts and hands behind Patio del Posadero and Posadero Bistró. It was born from a shared intuition — a desire to offer something deeply sensory, quietly powerful and genuinely different. A wine experience far removed from convention, closer to the soul.

Since its creation, SILENT WINE has only ever existed here.
It cannot be copied. It cannot be exported.
And it is never, ever the same.

Each edition is unique. The wines change. The mood shifts. Surprises unfold.

What happens when you turn off the noise?

We live in a world overwhelmed by noise. Social media, expert opinions, tasting notes, scores. Everyone speaks. Everyone judges. But what if we simply listened? What if wine could be felt like music or poetry — without explanation?

In SILENT WINE, there are no visible labels. No technical sheets. No lectures.
There is only a lovingly guided experience, soft instrumental music, warm lighting, and wine as a personal, emotional language.

You’ll taste four carefully selected wines in silence. You’ll be invited to feel, to remember, to discover.
And only at the very end will the mystery be revealed: what wines you tasted, who crafted them, and why they were chosen.

Wines with soul (but no names until you arrive)

Every wine we choose for SILENT WINE has a reason. Perhaps it’s a white aged on lees by a bold young winemaker in the Andalusian hills. Perhaps it’s a Palo Cortado matured in century-old barrels. Or a bright Italian red made with nothing but fruit and heart. Or a natural sweet wine grown at altitude with sea breezes and wild herbs.

What we can tell you is this:

• There are no commercial brands. Only wines made with soul.

• You won’t know what you’re drinking until the very end.
