The Experience

We begin the evening with a glass of sparkling wine to relax and open our senses. Throughout the EXPERIENCE, we will explore how sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste shape our perception of wine. From discovering how sound frequencies can alter wine’s flavor to understanding how color and temperature influence our sensations, each exercise invites us to experience wine in a deeper, more introspective way.

Jose “Pan” will guide us on a journey that goes beyond a simple tasting, leading us to reflect on our senses and how they connect us to the world. Through interactive exercises, music, aromas, and textures, we will enhance our ability to perceive wine from a fresh perspective.
