At Patio del Posadero, we believe in a slower, more beautiful and more intimate way of travelling. In staying in a historic courtyard, enjoying unhurried mornings, letting Córdoba’s light fill the day, and ending it with a dinner unlike any other.

This is how Chef’s Table at Posadero was born: an exclusive dining experience created only for resident guests, designed for just three couples, on selected dates only, and hosted in person by José Ariza, chef and creator of Posadero together with Lisa Cazzola, Italian, partner in life and soul of this Mediterranean family project in Córdoba’s historic quarter.

With only 6 rooms and 6 tables, Patio del Posadero is one of the most intimate boutique stays in the city. And for that very reason, this experience could only happen here.

For approximately 3 hours, José prepares and presents three Posadero signature classics live, in a carefully designed setting for guests seeking a true culinary experience in Córdoba, an intimate dinner in Córdoba, and a more meaningful way of discovering the city.

The evening begins at 7:00 pm, with an early, elegant and Mediterranean pace, ideal for travellers who appreciate beauty, hospitality and food with a story behind it.

Chef’s Table at Posadero could not exist without the story of the people who created this place.

José Ariza does not simply cook; he has shaped the gastronomic soul of Posadero from the beginning.
His cuisine speaks of produce, emotion, Andalusia, the Mediterranean, and a way of welcoming people that blends refinement with warmth.

Alongside him, Lisa Cazzola, Italian, has brought the aesthetic, narrative and sensory dimension that defines the spirit of the house.
Together, they have created a singular boutique hotel in Córdoba: a place with just six rooms and six tables, where architecture, hospitality and gastronomy become one seamless experience.

Selected spring dates

During this first season, Chef’s Table at Posadero will take place on the following dates:

  • Friday 10 and 24 April

  • Friday 8 and 22 May

  • Friday 12 and 26 June

The experience will not take place during July and August.

From September onwards, it will return on the second and fourth Friday of each month, always keeping the same intimate and limited format.

This slow rhythm is part of its essence.
We want each evening to preserve its sense of occasion, attention to detail and the feeling that it is something special, not something available every night.

Booking conditions

In order to preserve the shared-table concept and the balance of the evening, Chef’s Table at Posadero will only take place if the full table of 6 guests is completed.

For this reason, advance confirmation and prior booking are required.
