At the third edition of Auténtica 2025, the fair for gourmet products with values, origin and sustainability, Patio del Posadero at Auténtica 2025 played a key role by being named finalist at the Auténtica Excellence Awards and participating in a panel discussion about the future of hospitality.
Finalists at the Auténtica Excellence Awards 2025
We are proud and happy to have been finalists in the Heineken Award for Hospitality Establishment with Authentic Values, sharing recognition with prestigious projects in the sector.
The award went to El Poblet Restaurante, led by chef Luis Valls (2 Michelin Stars), while La Tizná was also a finalist, an Andalusian concept combining shop and restaurant with fresh, organic and seasonal products.
For our part, Patio del Posadero and Posadero Bistró in Córdoba represent an intimate project with six rooms and a small bistro. Our philosophy focuses on closeness, authenticity, and respect for the origin and quality of each product.

Panel discussion: keys to attracting and retaining customers
Our participation at Auténtica continued with the panel “Keys to attract and retain customers every day”, where we shared insights on how, in a saturated market, the experience is no longer an extra but the very foundation of hospitality.
During the session, we explained how to build customer loyalty through authentic connections, not empty tricks but meaningful actions that last.
The panel gathered inspiring professionals such as:
- María Gómez García, chef and entrepreneur, Magoga 1* Michelin.
- Lisa Cazzola, director and co-owner of Patio del Posadero.
- Carmelo Aunión, CEO and director of Hit-Cooking.
The session was moderated by Erika Silva Aguilera, director of Hospitality 4.0 Congress.
