{"id":9761,"date":"2017-06-19T06:00:17","date_gmt":"2017-06-19T04:00:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/patiodelposadero.com\/zucchini-and-dark-chocolate-vegan-brownie\/"},"modified":"2025-03-14T12:34:51","modified_gmt":"2025-03-14T11:34:51","slug":"zucchini-and-dark-chocolate-vegan-brownie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/patiodelposadero.com\/en\/zucchini-and-dark-chocolate-vegan-brownie\/","title":{"rendered":"Zucchini and dark chocolate vegan brownie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A new recipe to enjoy cooking, to remember our breakfast: zucchini and dark chocolate vegan brownie.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients of zucchini and dark chocolate vegan brownie<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>200 gr grated zucchini<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> &#8211; 100 gr wheat flour<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> &#8211; 100 gr wholemeal flour<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> &#8211; 30 gr cocoa powder (pure 70%)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> &#8211; 170 gr sugar<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> &#8211; A spoonful of vanilla extract<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> &#8211; 120 ml sunflower oil<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> &#8211; 25 gr dark chocolate chips<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> &#8211; 25 gr walnuts<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> &#8211; A spoonful of baking soda<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> &#8211; \u00bd spoon of salt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5625\" src=\"http:\/\/patiodelposadero.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/cacao-receta-de-brownie-vegano.jpg\" alt=\"brownie vegano\" width=\"750\" height=\"720\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>How to make a zucchini and dark chocolate vegan brownie<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 180\u00ba and grease a rectangular mold with sunflower oil.<\/li>\n<li>Peel, cut and grate the zucchini. Drain it to lose some water.<\/li>\n<li>While draining, mix the sugar with the sunflower oil in a bowl and blend. Add the grated zucchini and the cocoa powder and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Add the rest of the ingredients starting with vanilla extract and then all the remaining dry ingredients (except the walnuts), mixing gradually for a homogeneous dough.<\/li>\n<li>Put the mixture into the mold by matching with a silicon tongue and decorate with the walnuts.<\/li>\n<li>Bake at 180\u00ba for 35-40 minutes. When 20 minutes are passed, look at the surface and if it is well made, cover it with aluminium foil so that the remaining cooking time will not burn.<\/li>\n<li>When the time is over, prick the center to know if it is ready.
