You know the enormous benefits of learning about other places<\/a>, other cultures, other people but we can not always travel physically, we seek alternatives for new flavors, new surprises … we have recently discovered a real treat, called Apple sbriciolata.
\nSurely when you try it or cook it at home it will goes in your list of favorite desserts (-:<\/p>\n

This time Lisa was curiosing in Facebook and met with a recipe from her cousin Anita, who published this wonder and she dared to make it immediately for the besayuno of this morning.<\/p>\n

Gastronomic benefits of traveling virtually, for example know the apple sbriciolata<\/strong><\/p>\n

Italian pastry is one of our passions, and not only because it is the homeland of Lisa but because it is really a marvel that always surprises you. Surely you will like this Apple sbriciolata as much as we do.<\/p>\n

Ingredients to prepare the recipe of Apple sbriciolata<\/h2>\n

For the mass:<\/strong>
\n 1 egg<\/strong>
\n 170 grams of butter<\/strong>
\n 170 grams of sugar<\/strong>
\n 350 grams of flour<\/strong>
\n \u00bd of yeast<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the filling:<\/strong>
\n 4 golden apples<\/strong>
\n 80 grams of brown sugar<\/strong>
\njuice of 1 lemon<\/strong>
\n 1 teaspoon of cinnamon<\/strong><\/p>\n

Elaboration of Apple sbriciolata<\/h2>\n

First of all let’s chop the apples and put them with lemon juice, cinnamon and sugar for about 10 minutes.<\/strong>
\nThen we will proceed to make the dough with flour, egg, butter, sugar and yeast. It will come out with a consistency in “balls”, and this is how it will be perfect.<\/strong>
\nAs a third step we will select 3\/4 of the dough and with this we will do a pie pan, flattening the dough to make it uniform.<\/strong>
\nThen we pour the apple filling and finally the rest of “pills” of the mass above.<\/strong>
\nFinally, we will cook in the oven our sbriciolata apple for 45 minutes at 160 degrees.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The final touch, when it cools down, will be sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy who you love with.
