Today we will show you how to cook this sweet recipe at home.<\/p>\n<h2>What ingredients to use:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Flour \u201cLa Carmita\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> \u2022 Sesame<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> \u2022 Extra Virgin Oil<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> \u2022 Orange Peel<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> \u2022 Wine<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> \u2022 Sweet potato<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> \u2022 Sugar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Carmita, (check out the history of this kind of flour, you may know it though &#x263a;)<br \/>\nJose will explain us how to do it. Nobody is going to resist to sweet potatos patties! Do you dare to do it?<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qnQY45hORXs\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>How do you cook sweet potatos patties?<\/h2>\n<p>Here you can find the procedure step by step so you don\u2019t miss any of them and you will find it easy to prepare:<br \/>\n\u2022 First of all boil the potatos in a pan without removing the shell.<br \/>\n\u2022 Wait until they are tender, cut out the peel and make a mash with them while they are still hot, helping yourself with a fork and let them cool down. In the meantime prepare the mass of the pasties.<br \/>\n\u2022 Make a mass with Carmita flour, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sesame sedes, orange peel and a touch of wine.
