At the third edition of Aut\u00e9ntica 2025<\/strong>, the fair for gourmet products with values, origin and sustainability, Patio del Posadero at Aut\u00e9ntica 2025<\/strong> played a key role by being named finalist at the Aut\u00e9ntica Excellence Awards<\/strong> and participating in a panel discussion about the future of hospitality.<\/p>\n

Finalists at the Aut\u00e9ntica Excellence Awards 2025<\/h2>\n

We are proud and happy<\/strong> to have been finalists in the Heineken Award for Hospitality Establishment with Authentic Values<\/strong>, sharing recognition with prestigious projects in the sector.<\/p>\n

The award went to El Poblet Restaurante<\/a><\/strong>, led by chef Luis Valls (2 Michelin Stars), while La Tizn\u00e1<\/a><\/strong> was also a finalist, an Andalusian concept combining shop and restaurant with fresh, organic and seasonal products.<\/p>\n

For our part, Patio del Posadero and Posadero Bistr\u00f3<\/strong> in C\u00f3rdoba represent an intimate project with six rooms and a small bistro. Our philosophy focuses on closeness, authenticity, and respect for the origin and quality of each product.<\/p>\n

Panel discussion: keys to attracting and retaining customers<\/h2>\n

Our participation at Aut\u00e9ntica continued with the panel \u201cKeys to attract and retain customers every day\u201d<\/strong>, where we shared insights on how, in a saturated market, the experience is no longer an extra but the very foundation of hospitality.<\/p>\n

During the session, we explained how to build customer loyalty through authentic connections, not empty tricks but meaningful actions that last.<\/p>\n
