In this deeply intimate and Andalusian setting, at Patio del Posadero, we have created an experience that pays tribute to the essence of Holy Week\u2026 through flavour.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"501\" data-end=\"699\">Throughout the month of April, we offer our guests an exclusive <strong data-start=\"565\" data-end=\"581\">tasting menu<\/strong>, served only in the evenings, that moves through the senses with the same emotion as a <em data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"676\">saeta<\/em> sung in the stillness.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"701\" data-end=\"755\"><strong data-start=\"701\" data-end=\"755\">A sensory journey through Holy Week, dish by dish.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"757\" data-end=\"908\">We begin with a silky<strong> <em data-start=\"779\" data-end=\"790\">ajoblanco<\/em><\/strong>, perfumed with green apple and crowned with crispy cod. A fresh, white whisper that evokes C\u00f3rdoba\u2019s blooming patios.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"1132\">Then comes the spiced aroma of <strong><em data-start=\"941\" data-end=\"951\">adobillo<\/em><\/strong>, with potatoes and egg \u2014 a dish that recalls old kitchens, silent grandmothers, and long afternoons of waiting. The flavour of humble memories, elevated into an unforgettable bite.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1314\">At the heart of the menu, we reimagine the classic <strong><em data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1194\">Vigilia<\/em> Potaje<\/strong>: transformed into a smooth, creamy blend where spinach and cod converse with the past through a contemporary lens.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1597\">The main dish features a<strong> hake loin, crusted with almonds<\/strong> and bathed in a bitter orange sauce. Rooted elegance.
