Born in La Escala (Gerona), Jose grew up in the family restaurant, Sotavent. It was there that he discovered the art of hospitality and began imagining a future behind the stove. His training at the prestigious Sant Pol de Mar School and his passion for interior design led him to develop a unique vision of gastronomy.\n
